陈时洪,女,1971年12月出生,中共党员,教授,博士生导师,西南大学化学化工学院公共化学系主任。1993年7月参加工作以来一直在西南大学(原西南农业大学)任教,主要讲授《分析化学》及《普通化学》等课程;主编农业农村部规划教材2部。主持国家自然科学基金面上/国际(地区)合作与交流项目、重庆市自然科学基金等多项科研项目;主持省部级教改项目3项;主持重庆市中小学生创新人才培养工程项目5项;以第一作者或通讯作者在Anal.Chem.、Chem. Commun. 及Biosens. Bioelectron.等学术期刊上发表SCI论文70余篇;论文引用总次数1500多次;授权国家发明专利5项;荣获重庆市自然科学一等奖1项(排名第5)。
